Welcome to The Thomas Cubitt
The Thomas Cubitt is named after one of London’s most famous master builders the pub has earned itself a name as a local and popular institution. Located on the picturesque and distinguished Elizabeth Street and only a short walk from Victoria Station, this British gastropub is set over three unique and beautifully designed floors prominently positioned in the heart of the Belgravia.
BRITISH GASTROPUB GRUB
Our Head Chef develops our menu using the best seasonal and locally sourced produce. We ensure that our ingredients are sustainably sourced in the UK to create a true “farm-to-fork” experience with carefully crafted gastropub dishes to ensure nothing goes to waste. Our rare breed White Park beef, Hebridean lambs and game all come from Lyons Hill Farm in Dorset and with daily deliveries from Lyme Bay, our fish comes from sea to plate in under 24 hours. Passion for sustainability and the environment rewards us with a Three Star Sustainability rating and our support of the Green Earth Appeal means our guests can feel good about dining with us.
FIRST FLOOR DINING ROOM
A grand and airy space surrounded by huge wooden sash windows and a feature fireplace, providing a more formal escape from the buzzy ground floor pub. The perfect space to enjoy your Sunday roast this space also offers a British gastropub menu and a large range of fine wine.
